Frequently asked questions
Q. Can I post the magnetic scenes?
A. Yes. According to the International Aircraft Transport Association regulations a magnet can travel by air unrestricted if it has a compass deflection of under. 5 degree at 7 feet. Our magnets have a 0 reading when measured very close, so fall well within the guidelines. If the item is sent overseas we suggest it be declared as a souvenir fridge magnet.
Q. Are the wind sculptures weather proof?
A. Yes. Most designs have been tested over a period of years, and if mounted according to instructions will last for years. We use Resene environmentally friendly paints which are renowned for their durability. Bearings are made of nylon and moving parts of stainless steel.
Q. Do you do commissions?
A. Very enthusiastically. The Paloma spinning wine bottle was a recent commission. We are happy to discuss ideas for one off artworks or customized production runs.

A. No problem. We can send our bank details if that is your preferred option.
