Sculptures and design items shown on this website can be purchased from Whirlwind Designs. Most items are handmade or hand finished and may vary slightly from those shown. All transactions are in New Zealand Dollars. Prices on website include GST. When you have chosen your purchase item please email Whirlwind Designs for delivery costs. This will be confirmed by email. Goods will be despatched within two days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. Large orders may take longer. You can pay by Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposit or Cheque. Credit. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card details can be phoned through to us on 64 (0) 21 737 891 or posted to the address below. Please include the name on your credit card, expiry date and the credit card number. All numbers will be destroyed after use. Visa and Mastercard require that all credit card transactions with 'card holder not present" be authorised by them, so sales will only be processed when authorisation is received. Bank Deposit 38-9007-0124146-00 Kiwibank Whirlwind Designs (put your name in particulars box) Cheques should be made out to Whirlwind Designs and posted to 49a Tannadyce Street, Strathmore ,Wellington , 6022. Please allow 5 working days for clearance. If you receive goods damaged in transit, please contact Whirlwind Designs, and we will pay for their return and replacement. If you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned to Whirlwind Designs within fourteen days. Due care must be taken with packaging. If we receive it in an undamaged condition a full refund will be made, otherwise reasonable repair costs will be deducted. The freight costs for returned items are to be paid by the purchaser.
